Mintdex

Hand me the stack.
I will do the math.

The camera stays open between cards. You pass the stack, I identify the exact printing of each one, variant included, and your collection total climbs on its own.

Free to start.

The real problem

Your collection lives in a binder, not in an app.

Not out of laziness. Because scanners make you shoot, wait, confirm, start again. Twenty cards later you put the phone down, and the eight hundred still in the binder stay there.

  • 01

    The camera does not close

Nothing to tap between cards. You pass the next one, recognition keeps up, and the session total climbs while you go.

  • 02

The exact printing, not the name

Going fast is not guessing. Mintdex targets the set, number and language trio, then the variant: holo, reverse, stamp, jumbo. That is where the price gap sits.

  • 03

    Prices that name their source

Every amount shows where it comes from and when. An estimate is written as an estimate, never as a certainty.

The app

Four screens, and you know your whole collection.

Continuous scan

Feed it cards. Touch nothing.

The camera stays open between cards. Results stack up, the session total climbs, and you put the pile down when you are done.

  • Set, collector number and language recognised
  • Variant picked right after identification
  • One tap to correct me when I get it wrong

Raw and graded prices

The value, right away.

The raw market price, plus the graded matrix when it exists. Cardmarket in euros for European cards, TCGplayer for the rest, converted into your currency.

  • Full graded matrix with Mintdex+
  • Price history and change over the period
  • Every printing and variant listed with its price

Your collection

What your binder is worth, at a glance.

Ownership is the base fact: tick a card and it counts. Binders sit on top as target lists, including the cards you do not own yet.

  • Total value, daily change, top movers
  • Per copy detail: condition, language, grade, purchase price
  • Filters and sorts across the whole collection

Sets and completion

Sets, down to the last number.

Every set shows its progress, its value and its full grid. The empty slots tell you exactly what is missing.

  • Completion set by set, master set mode included
  • Grid with owned cards in colour
  • Double tap a slot to mark the card as owned

How it works

Three moves, not one more.

  1. 01

    Aim

Open the scanner and pass your cards in front of the camera. I read the set, the number and the language.

  2. 02

    Confirm

I show you what I found. When the finish cannot be seen on the photo, you pick the variant in one tap.

  3. 03

    Filed away

The card joins your collection with its price. Your total value and your set completion update on the spot.

FAQ

The questions that keep coming up.

Does Mintdex really recognise French cards?

Yes, that is the whole point of the app. French printings have their own catalog with their own numbers and their Cardmarket prices in euros. English and Japanese cards are supported too.

Where do the prices come from?

Public marketplaces: Cardmarket for European cards, TCGplayer for the US and Japanese market, PriceCharting for graded values. Every amount shows its source and its date. They are estimates, not sale offers.

Do I have to pay to scan?

No. The free version includes 10 discovery scans with no time limit. Mintdex+ removes that cap and opens the full graded matrix.

What about my graded cards?

You can scan a slab label to prefill the grading company, the grade and the certification number. Graded values are shown per company and per grade wherever the data exists.

Does my data stay mine?

Yes. The account exists to sync your collection across your devices, not to hold it hostage: you can delete it from the settings whenever you want.

Where can I download Mintdex for Android?

Use the Google Play button at the top of this page to find Mintdex for Android.

Your collection is probably worth more than you think.

Pass me the first card, I will handle the rest.
