Who publishes Mintdex, who hosts the site, who to write to. This information is published under article 1-1 of the French Act on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN).

Hosting

  • The getmintdex.com website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, a Delaware company registered under number 5857312, vercel.com.
  • The application database and authentication run on Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street, #38-02/03 OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513, on infrastructure located in the eu-west-3 region, Paris, France.
  • Catalog card images are stored on Cloudflare R2, in a bucket restricted to European jurisdiction.
  • Card recognition is operated by Ximilar s.r.o., Purkyňova 649/127, 61200 Brno, Czech Republic, company number 06270743. Images are processed on servers located in Prague and are not retained by that provider.
  • Your collection data is hosted in the European Union.
  • Subscriptions are sold and charged by Apple. No payment details pass through Mintdex.

Ownership of the site and the app

  • The Mintdex trademark, the Minty name, the logos, the interface, the texts, the illustrations and the application code belong to Foosha Studio, unless stated otherwise.
  • Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.

Third party trademarks and rights

  • Mintdex is an independent project. There is no link, no licence, no partnership and no endorsement from Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company International.
  • Pokémon, along with card, set and creature names, are trademarks and protected works owned by those companies. They are used only to identify the cards you scan, strictly to the extent needed for that identification.
  • PSA, CGC and BGS are trademarks of their respective owners, used to name the grading companies whose grades are displayed.
  • Cardmarket, TCGplayer and PriceCharting are trademarks of their respective owners, used to show where price estimates come from.
  • This product uses TCGplayer data but is not endorsed or certified by TCGplayer.
  • Catalog data comes in part from TCGdex, an open source Pokémon TCG database published under the MIT licence.
  • If you hold rights and believe content published by Mintdex infringes them, write to hello@getmintdex.com. Your request is handled without delay.
